Grandparents Day is a very special event at Whitefield Academy. The students and teachers in grades K-5 set aside this day to honor their grandparents and tell them thow much they love and appreciate them.
The grandparents are invited to a special chapel program that is presented by the elementary choir and the fifth grade classes. Following the program, the grandparents are inivted to go back to the individual classrooms for special activities with their grandchild. The students may leave after the program is over to go to lunch with their grandparents. The students love to "show off" all that they are learning here at Whitefield Academy.
