PTF BAKE SALE AND
WHITEFIELD BAKE-OFF BAKING CONTEST
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2009
The Whitefield Academy PTF Bake Sale will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2009. The bake sale will open at 5:00 p.m. and we will be selling items until the start of the general meeting and then open again after the general meeting. We will stay open until we sell out! Please enter through the prayer room doors(Entrance #2).
Once again we will be having our Baking Contest. Dig out those old recipes and get ready to bake. Be sure not to miss seeing who will earn the infamous title of
“WHITEFIELD’S BAKE-OFF CHAMPIONS“.
1St, 2nd, & 3rd Place Ribbons and prizes will be awarded in two categories.
(Entering the baking contest does not qualify a student for a uniform pass.)
I would be delighted for you to join us for this evening of fun, friends and fellowship by sending in baked items or a $5 (tax-deductible) donation on Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Baked goods should be in DISPOSABLE containers with: Your child’s name, grade and homeroom teacher. We hope for and encourage you to send in more then one item. Also, please be as creative as you would like to be. Creative and different items sell very well and always sell out first.
You may drop off your donations and Bake-Off contest items in the World Café, Tuesday, October 13 between 8:00a.m.-11:00a.m. Multiple donations are always accepted and very much appreciated.
The Bake Sale just keeps getting better every year and the families of Whitefield never fail in making the Bake Sale a great success. Please help in making this a record-breaking year in participation and donations. WE LOVE VOLUNTEERS!
