PTF’S FALL BAKE SALE AND BAKING CONTEST
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2011



The Whitefield Academy PTF Fall Bake Sale will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011. The bake sale will open at 5:00 p.m. and we will be selling items until the start of the general meeting and then open again after the general meeting. We will stay open until we sell out! Please enter through the prayer room doors (Entrance #2).

Please come and join us for this evening of fun, friends and fellowship by sending in a baked or related baked item or a $5 (tax-deductible) donation on Tuesday, October 18, 2011. Baked goods should be in DISPOSABLE containers with: Your child’s name, grade and homeroom teacher. Included with this letter are donation forms that MUST be filled out and attached to your donations so that your child is given the proper credit. Also attached are white labels. PLEASE WRITE YOUR ITEMS NAME AND IF IT CONTAINS NUTS ON THE LABEL. PLEASE STICK THE LABELS ON YOUR ITEMS. We hope for and encourage you to send in more then one item. BE AS CREATIVE AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE! Creative and different items sell very well and always sell out first! You may drop off your donations and Bake-Off contest items in the World Café, Tuesday, October 18 between 8:00a.m.-11:00a.m. Multiple donations are always accepted and very much appreciated.

The following bake sale items will count as a credit towards the student’s uniform pass.
* 1 cake * 1 pie * 12 cupcakes
* 24 cookies * 15 brownies * 15 pieces of fudge
* 1 large loaf of bread * 3 mini loaves of bread *$5.00 Donation
* 1 quart or 2 pints of homemade jellies or jam *Dry Cookie Ingredients or Granola in a Quart Jar

(One Uniform Pass Per Student). Students may wear jeans without holes or fraying at the bottom and not tight fitting, t-shirts or a shirt with a collar. They may wear shorts-uniform shorts, athletic shorts, not the tight-fitting cotton kind, golf shorts, plaid shorts, solid shorts, jeans shorts, etc., and must be of the appropriate length as with the uniform shorts.
